ON-CAMPUS INTERVIEWS – IMPORTANT Information for Graduating Seniors!!! Reminder to students: BroncoConnection’s On-Campus Interview module is set up differently from the Non OCI jobs in that students must qualify for the positions. The four fields qualifying a student are: Degree level (Bachelors or Masters); Graduation Date, Major and Work Authorization status (citizenship, permanent residency, student visa, etc.). The employer determines this information. When students “force” a resume into the system and they do not qualify, they are not only subject to disciplinary action for falsifying university documents, but they are usually not considered by the employer for employment because that is not the type of employee they are looking for.
