IT’S TIME TO GET READY FOR SUMMER 2006 REGISTRATION

You can expect a bigger and better Summer Quarter 2006 with increased course offerings and additional opportunities for financial aid and housing. The university has expanded its summer course offerings to include 245 classes not offered in previous summer quarters, plus a limited number of five-week classes. Sixty-one percent of the expanded offering is at the 300 and 400 level.

Need financial aid to finance summer classes? More than $500,000 in grants and $75,000 in federal work-study funds have been set aside for students who need additional help to attend summer quarter. Student loans are also available. If you are interested in financial aid, you should contact the Office of Financial Aid as soon as possible.


Here’s what you need to do to get ready for registration:

* The summer “Schedule of Classes” is now available at the Bronco Bookstore or at any Pony Express location around campus.
* Holds have been placed. Check BroncoDirect at http://broncodirect.csupomo na.edu.
* April 21 to May 5 – Schedule an appointment to meet with your advisor to plan out your schedule.
* April 21 to May 19 – Learn how to chart a straighter path to graduation by participating in Countdown to Success. 21 Days of Advising.
* May 1 – Check BroncoDirect for your registration appointment.
* May 1 & 2 – Priority registration for approved students.
* May 8 – 19 – Current student registration via BroncoDirect.

If you have any questions about holds on your account, please contact the department responsible for the hold. Questions regarding your registration appointment should be directed to a representative in the Registrar’s Office. The Registrar’s Office’s phone number is 909-869-3000 and they are open:

* Monday – Thursday 8am to 6pm
* Friday 8am to 5pm
* Quarter Break 8am to 5pm
