Survey: Information Technology Use by University Students

Dear Cal Poly Pomona Student,

Participate in our survey and help Cal Poly Pomona understand how to provide you with better information technology services. You will also be eligible to win one of approximately 30 $50 gift certificates or one of 50 $100 gift certificates!

You have been selected to participate in a survey that is being conducted by a group of colleges and universities whose members are all concerned with improving student use of IT. Here's your chance to tell us about your experiences with these technologies. The results of this survey are very important to us as we work to improve the student educational experience at Cal Poly Pomona. Completing the Web-based survey should take only 15 minutes or so. Instructions are provided below.

We encourage you to participate. Your participation in the study is voluntary, and your responses will be completely confidential. Those who complete the survey and provide their e-mail address will become eligible to win a $50 or $100 gift certificate.
