SUMMER QUARTER FEES HAVE BEEN POSTED AND ARE DUE FRIDAY, JUNE 2

Summer Quarter fees have been posted and are due Friday, June 2. If you do not meet the June 2 fee payment deadline, your classes will be cancelled. Your student account includes all outstanding charges including current registration, housing charges, mandatory Orientation fees, if applicable, and any unpaid balance from previous terms. Please note that there was an error in the Summer Schedule of Classes regarding the date for pro-rata refunds and how to calculate them. Please visit http://www.csupomona.edu/~fas/smr2006.htm#refund for the correct information.

* To make a payment online, log on to BroncoDirect at http://broncodirect.csupomo na.edu and click on “Make a Payment.”

* To make a payment in person, go to a Cashiering Services location:

Monday – Wednesday – 8 am to 4 pm – Cashiering Services, bldg. 98-B1-123

Monday – Wednesday – 4 pm to 6 pm – Registrar’s Office, bldg. 98-R2

Thursday – 8 am to 6 pm – Cashiering Services, bldg 98-B1-123

Fridays and Quarter Breaks – 8 am to 5 pm – Cashiering Services, bldg. 98-B1-123


After-hour payments may be deposited in the secured Drop Box outside the Cashiering Services Office. Please do not put cash in the Drop Box.

* To verify that your payment has been credited to your account, log on to BroncoDirect at http://broncodirect.csupomo na.edu and click on “Account Summary.”

* If you are receiving financial aid to pay for your fees, verify that your financial aid will be applied to your fees by logging on to BroncoDirect at http://broncodirect.csupomo na.edu and clicking on “Account Summary.” Your courses will not be cancelled if you have been awarded financial aid. If your financial aid is not shown as Anticipated Aid on the “Account Summary”, contact the Office of Financial Aid at (909) 869-3700.

Friday, June 2 is also the deadline to request and pay for a Summer Quarter parking decal. Avoid the long lines at the start of the quarter by ordering and paying for your Summer Quarter decal now using BroncoDirect. Make sure to verify that your current mailing address is accurate.

If you buy a parking decal and do not wish to use it, the decal must be returned to the Student Accounting & Cashiering Services office to receive a refund. The prorated parking decal refund amount schedule is in the Schedule of Classes.
