 | Shootings Raise Awareness Over Campus Security On April 6, police arrested and charged a Cal Poly student for possession of a shotgun on campus as well as possession of an illegal substance. Austen Keith Downey was arrested on suspicion of ATM fraud and upon investigation police discovered a small amount of marijuana and a shotgun in the car of the student, according to campus police.
