The university's chapter of the California Faculty Association has invited Philip Dine, a journalist and author, to give a lecture Feb. 26, from noon 1:30 p.m. in the Bronco Student Center, England Evans. His latest book, State of the Union: How Labor Can Strengthen the Middle Class, Improve our Economy and Regain Political Influence will be the topic.
