 | Float celebrates 60th The Cal Poly Rose Float will celebrate it's 60th anniversary on Nov. 6 with a ceremony entitled "Rose Day." This year's float has a theme of "Guardians of Harmony" and will depict a phoenix and a dragon as well as other symbols of Chinese heritage. The Rose Float Committee will be recruiting members for different subcommittees during the celebration as well as showing the float, which began construction in June. More... |
