Duties & Responsibilities:
Ferguson approaches training from a 'hands on' point of
view. Trainees are exposed to all aspects of the company
before moving into career opportunities in either sales,
management, purchasing, operations, logistics, information
systems and/or showroom retail. By starting in the warehouse for about two months, trainees gain credibility and extensive product knowledge in a short period of time. Performance is the element that will determine how rapidly you move through the Training Program, as opposed to a set schedule for every trainee.

Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in any Arts and Letters; Accountany;
Finance; Human Resources Management; Insurance; Marketing; Operations Management; Strategic Management; International Business; Real Estate & Land Use Affairs; Mathematics; Economics; Psychology; Social Science; or Sociology. Must have U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence.
