Escort Service calls rise after campus assaults

Although students have voiced concerns over campus safety, a little-known escort program has been in place for over a decade that provides students with safe transit to their destination on campus.
After the assaults on two females in March, Christopher Piña, Parking and Transportation Services parking supervisor, said there were more people who called about the program and there were a few more escort calls.
