 | Campus edges Mt. SAC in Out for Blood Although Cal Poly collected 34 fewer pints of blood than Mount San Antonio College in October, the university pulled ahead and beat Mt. SAC by 19 pints of blood in the second part of the Out for Blood II competition held April 28-30. Cal Poly collected 453 pints of blood during this year's competition, which could potentially help 1,359 people, according to Micah Mann, the Red Cross field representative for Cal Poly's blood drive.
