![]() | Special Thanks to Nancy Levandowski Nancy Levandowski Nancy Levandowski was born in Ottawa, Canada and raised in Northern California. She graduated from Santa Clara University in 1981 with a BS in Psychology. While at Santa Clara University, she worked her way through the "food service ranks" with Saga Corporation. She then pursued a career in Dining Services with several colleges and universities across the western United States. In 1995 - 2003 she was the food service director of Cal Poly Pomona for the Cal Poly Pomona Foundation, Inc., where she led her team to winning one state, one regional and six national awards. Nancy oversaw $9 million in sales and partnered an emergency preparedness program with housing and campus police as well as an etiquette program with the Career Center. She is a friend and partner of ARAMRk, having been a District Manager for ARAMARK Food Support Services Division in the Pacific Region and oversaw $13 million in sales in Alaska, Idaho, Wyoming, Oregon and California. Nancy is currently a Wine Broker with Montresquien. She sells boutique wines from around the world to individuals in the United States. She is based in their Tustin Office one of 8 offices in the U.S. and is known to her clients as the Wine Goddess. |

![]() | Special Thanks to Marco Ofelion Garcia Special Thanks to Marco Ofelion Garcia - Senior Executive Chef Angel Stadium of Anaheim Chef Garcia has worked in the food service business for 30 years, with experience at the renowned Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hils and the Bistro Garden restaurant in the San Fernando Valley. He also served as Executive Chef for Mary's Lamb Restaurant, which was named one of the top ten restaurants in the San Fernando Valley. Chef Marco Garcia is a seasoned veteran at Angel Stadium of Anaheim. He has served as Senior Executive Chef at the stadium since 1998. He oversees the food preparation for three restaurants and 83 suites. In addition, he holds responsibility for all special event parties, as well as the 5,200 seats on the club level and in front of the Diamond Club, preferred by fans for fine dining. For the 2005 season he has debuted a Fois Gras Terrine and Whole Dungeness Crab in the Diamon Club for the new Diamond Club Luxury Boxes. Chef Garcia began his career at Gilbert and Robinson Restaurant Group in San Francisco leading different establishments in Seattle and Sausalito, California. He then moved on to Restaurants Unlimited in Oakland California then relocated to Chicago. Next he worked with Pinnacle Industries, which ran several restaurants and two military locations, the Los Angeles Air Force Base and Fort McArthur in San Pedro, California where catering a four star general's dinner was then orm. |

In partnership with the Collins School, College of Business, College of Engineering School, and the Career Services Office, ARAMARK will provide a entertaining fun-filled learning environment for students to gain knowledge about Business Etiquette. The ARAMARK and Collins School operations team will work together to provide culinary delights and service excellence. Ranked as one of the top hospitality programs in the country, Collins School students will provide the primary culinary and service staffs. Participants of the dinner, will have the opportunity to learn how to network during the reception hour, becoming skilled at small talk, and learning about the night's wine selections. Next, a challenging four course mean awaits each of the participant, as they learn from our Etiquette Consultant, how to properly eat each of the selections the Chef has prepared. To cap the evening, each participant will receive a departing gift that will continue to remind them of the evening for years to come! |
