Aramark Career Opportunity: Office Management Position

ARAMARK Refreshment Services is America's leading coffee and vending company, a dynamic division of ARAMARK Corporation. We partner with businesses of all sizes, including Fortune 500 leaders in virtually every industry with office coffee and vending services.

We are currently seeking an Office Manager for our Corona, CA location.

The Office Manager is responsible for:

oReviewing AR to ensure that collections are made within 60 days.
oProcessing AP to the corporate office using proprietary
software on a weekly basis.
oMaintaining inventory management and control systems.

Office Administration:

oOversee support staff, which includes hiring, annual
reviews, training, etc.
oResponsible for all payroll processing, HR paperwork,
vacation/time off, workers compensation, STD, LTD, record
keeping and all other aspects of hiring new employees.
oSafety management through Corporate and Federal/State
programs.
oProviding World Class Customer Service to our clients.

The successful candidate has a Bachelors degree in finance,
accounting or related field. Must have a minimum of one
year accounting experience, including A/P, A/R, daily
reconciliation and cash controls Some supervisory experience is preferred. Candidates must have excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard accounting software. The Office Manager position is a developmental position and the right candidate most be career driven and willing to relocate within the western United States within 12 -24 months.
