 | Accepting Donations for Rose Float Lab & Student Volunteers Cal Poly Pomona PolyCentric has posted the following: Staff Council is accepting food and other donations for the Rose Float student volunteers as they work on the 2008 Tournament of Roses float entry entitled "Guardians of Harmony." Food donations such as cookies, crackers, soups, canned goods, spaghetti, hot chocolate packs, and bottled water are appreciated. Other requested donation items include old (usable) blenders, hair dryers, irons, coffee grinders, coffee cans, scissors, glue, clean ‘Big Gulp' plastic cups, paper, and box lids.
