Snowboarding

Is there a snowboarding club? It'd be awesome if there were one. At my friend's high school, they had a snowboarding club which went up to Mountain High every weekend. I was thinking that it'd be cool if we were able to do that...

A snowboarding club don't exist at Cal Poly. But LOTS of people visit Mountain High and Big Bear mountain during winter.
If you live in the campus dormitory, you can find carpools to Mt. High.

There is a snowboarding club at Cal Poly Pomona - it's called the Rough Riders. And they have short trips to cloe-by lifts. They also usually take one or two trips out of state in a season. They have a Web site link on the Cal Poly Pomona Site - you can find it by searching for the Clubs page.

The correct name for the Cal Poly Pomona's snowboarding club is Ridge Runners.
