According to the goodbadtenured website, Comment: the comments above are pretty correct. i don't know if she has favorites, but she's definitely picky. she's a nice teacher. she has a good sense of humor and all, but her class is tough if you're looking for an A. she has a lot of expectations for the speeches. there are a few small assignments, but pretty much there's no homework, other than preparing your speeches. we had 3 speeches (two are 6-8 min, one is 8-10 min), a 50 question midterm (easy), and our final was to write a one page letter. i worked really, really hard on the speeches and did pretty well (i thought) and i got a B- or C+ on them. not many B's in the class, mostly C's. so, if you're looking for an easy class to pass, take her, but don't expect an A.
I USUALLY DON'T WRITE COMMENTS BUT I HAVE TO COMMENT ON THIS $@#&%! EVERYONE IS RIGHT!!! SHE'S SOO BIASED. I WENT TO CLASS EVERYDAY. DID ALL 3 SPEECHES. AND HER FINAL IS WORTH 30 POINTS..I GOT 26...AND SHE GAVE ME A "D" FOR MY FINAL GRADE! WHAT THE HELL!?!?SHE GRADES TOOOOO HARD AND MOST PEOPLE LIKE ME DON'T HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH SPEECH AND STANDING IN FRONT OF PEOPLE. IF YOU CAN'T TALK LIKE POLITICIAN....SHE WILL SCREW YOU OVER! THERE'S ALMOST NO A's...COUPLE B's..AND EVERYONE'S C's and D's.STAYYYY THE HELL AWAY !

Bad comments. I would avoid that professor at all cost if I were ya.
