Freibott Course: Intro to Microcomputing CIS 101 Textbook: I-Series: MS Windows 2000,Excel,Word,Powe rpoint Brief This is a general ed course that is required by many majors. You can take an exam (in the test center) if you do not want to take the course. Attendance is not taken. Work on your pace type class. You turn in a computer project (from your textbook) on the exam date. The exam is taken on the workstation. Very easy if you do all your practice. 70% is the passing grade for each exam. CIS 101 is a Pass or No Pass course, meaning you do not receive a letter grade but only credits. If you fail the exam, you have another opportunity in the next class to pass the exam. Easy class and easy professor.
