Dr. Paul Sarmas FRL 300 Managerial Finance

Course: FRL 300 Managerial Finance
Textbook: Fundamentals of Corporate Finance 7th Edition

The FRL 300 course that Dr. Sarmas teach is one of those large lecture class, close to a 100 students. Powerpoint lectures, goes over textbook problems, and quizes are based on the textbook problems.

Midterms and finals are multiple choice scantron. Most of the problems are similar or exact problem from the textbook problems. The quizes are not multiple choice.

I learned a lot from the lectures alone because it is fairly easy to understand and grasp the concept.
The textbook is top-notch (although very costly) in managerial finance.

Dr. Sarmas is an excellent professor and explains and answers questions and problems for easy understanding. I recommend Dr. Paul Sarmas for FRL 300. It is unfortunate that Dr. Sarmas can not teach FRL 301 because the Department of Finance because the department wants Dr. Sarmas to teach the large lecture courses (FRL 300).
