The Shroud Center of Southern California located in Fountain Valley, CA is dedicated to exhibiting the extensive scientific, historical and scriptural evidence surround the Shroud of Turin. This center displays an identical same size photographic image of the Shroud of Turin including other overwhelming facts and replicas from the first century. This unduplicable mystery makes a powerful statement of our faith in todays world. A visit to the center is like a visit to Turin, Italy.

Female Volunteers Needed

Are you woman who:
Is between the age of 18-35 and
Has been doing weight lifting exercise for at least 6 months?

If so, you may be able to participate in a thesis project on women and muscle soreness. Benefits include finding out your body fat percentage, one repetition max testing, fitness advice and information on strength training and delayed onset muscle soreness. Risks are minimal but include temporary muscle soreness.

Bronco Basketball vs. San Francisco State on Friday, Feb. 20
Bronco Basketball vs. Sonoma State on Saturday, Feb. 21

Women's tip-off at 5:30 p.m.
Cal Poly Pomona's women's basketball team is ranked number five in the region and has won five of its last six games. Candice Allen, the leading scorer in nation is coming off a game-high 27 points and eight rebounds in an 81-69 victory over Cal State LA.

Men's tip-off at 7:30 p.m.
Cal Poly Pomona's men's basketball team has moved into the Division II national rankings. The Broncos (16-5), are now ranked 25th in the country. The Bronco men are the defending NCAA Division II West Region champions. The men's team has won 13 of its past 15 games to move into the national spotlight and is coming home this weekend off a five-game winning streak.
