The exChange Lounge, co-sponsored by the Faculty Learning Community and Associated Students, Inc., invites you to share ideas about effective learning and teaching techniques.

This is your chance to voice your opinion on the way classes at Cal Poly Pomona are taught. Your attitudes and ideas about effective teaching and learning techniques will be compared to those of faculty and administrators and these findings will assist Cal Poly Pomona to irmprove learning and teaching practices.

I-Poly is located on the Cal Poly University, Pomona, on the southwest corner of the campus. From the 210 and 10 freeways, take the 57 south, off at Temple Avenue and turn right (northwest). At University Drive go north, and turn right into parking lot K. Parking is free for this event.

Female Volunteers Needed

Are you woman who:
Is between the age of 18-35 and
Has been doing weight lifting exercise for at least 6 months?

If so, you may be able to participate in a thesis project on women and muscle soreness. Benefits include finding out your body fat percentage, one repetition max testing, fitness advice and information on strength training and delayed onset muscle soreness. Risks are minimal but include temporary muscle soreness.

Bronco Basketball vs. San Francisco State on Friday, Feb. 20
Bronco Basketball vs. Sonoma State on Saturday, Feb. 21
Location: Kellogg Gym

Women's tip-off at 5:30 p.m.
Cal Poly Pomona's women's basketball team is ranked number five in the region and has won five of its last six games. Candice Allen, the leading scorer in nation is coming off a game-high 27 points and eight rebounds in an 81-69 victory over Cal State LA.

Men's tip-off at 7:30 p.m.
Cal Poly Pomona's men's basketball team has moved into the Division II national rankings. The Broncos (16-5), are now ranked 25th in the country. The Bronco men are the defending NCAA Division II West Region champions. The men's team has won 13 of its past 15 games to move into the national spotlight and is coming home this weekend off a five-game winning streak.

FREE ADMISSION for students with a Cal Poly Pomona ID and FREE PIZZA for students in-between Men's and Women's games.
