University Village - How many students per room?

What is the max number of students per room in the university village?
And if the apartment has 2 bedrooms, is 2 people the limit per room?

It looks like there are two kinds of Village apartments. Go to http://www.csumentor.edu/faq/univ_select4.html and scroll down to Pomona's section. The info is from 2001, but it probably hasn't changed that much.

There are two types of apartments currently at the Village:

Phase 1: These apartments have 2 bedrooms, with 2 people per bedroom.

Phase 2: Each apartment has 4 bedrooms, with 1 person per bedroom.

So no matter where you live, you will be living with a max of 3 other people.

Oh, 3 other people. That sounds pretty good.

Will it be unisex or genderly segregated? Even though I live off campus, I would imagine college would be the period when people learn to live with people who are different than themselves (it can't be more different when the person is a different gender).

It depends on the university. More liberal ones like UC Santa Cruz have some dorms that are unisex, including unisex bathrooms. However I think most campuses probably still have gender-segrated housing. At the CPP dorm where I stayed, half the floor (or one "wing") would be guys and the other side of the floor (the other "wing") would be girls. Then on TV I see some campuses where they have an entire dorm dedicated to a single gender.

Everyone in your apartment is of the same gender. However, the adjacent apartments may be of the other gender. When I was living there, the apartment next to us was a girl's apartment.
