don't live there but been there done that. pretty cramped if you have four ppl in one unit. they are now bldg more units and even taller ones over there. what they should do is build more of those suites like those new dorms next to our palatial 100 year old gym...they are closer to classes and nicer but u gotta win the lotto to get in cuz the wait list is long!!!

I don't see a problem for a grad student to apply and get accepted in the university village.

i know there's a waiting list..but they told me that it'll be easy to get in anyway..

but its just that u know as a grad student ...life's not that easy..

i don't need absolute silence..but a fair amount of study time...

I used to have a friend who lived there. The place is like RIGHT NEXT to the railroad tracks. So every time a train would pass by it seriously sounded like it was chugging right through your room! How anyone could sleep through that is beyond me. It's been several years since I've been there though. Do the trains still operate in that area?

yea they do...i was stuck in traffic this morning because of the railway..

ok..no university apt for me..i used to live near a rail track and i was so pissed...every nite..
