***Important Information for Students***
Spring 2004 Supplemental Web Fee Bill

Cal Poly Pomona has made available BroncoDirect, an enhanced online service for students and the campus community. There is a new look to your Web Fee Bill and Web Pay capability.
For you to access the web account/fee bill and the web pay site, go to http://broncodirect.csupomo na.edu. Click on the BroncoDirect icon. To sign-in, you need your BroncoNumber and Password. Check with the Registrar’s Office 909- 869-3000 if you have forgotten your BroncoNumber and Password.

As you are aware, the student Fee Bill information is only available on-line. No paper Fee Bills (including Supplemental Fee Bills) are mailed out by Cal Poly Pomona. We strongly urge you to review your student account balance at this time via the Web. If you owe any amount on your student account, a “SF Financial HOLD” was placed. The entire amount must be paid to clear this “HOLD.” Otherwise, you will not be able to enroll for a subsequent Quarter.

Please take note of the following dates:

• Tuesday, April 20, 2004, the Voice Response System will NOT be available for one day (it will be down for system maintenance)
• Thursday, April 22, 2004, lookup of On-Line Fee Bill in BroncoDirect
• Monday, April 26, 2004, web credit card payment feature will be available in BroncoDirect

For the VR system, dial (909) 468-5020 from a touchtone telephone. Your new BroncoNumber and your current PIN (rather than the new Password) will be required. Select option 2 for billing information. Then select option 1 for information about your student account balance and to make a payment.

The Student Accounts and Cashier Services Office will remain open during normal business hours as usual. If you need assistance, please call 909-869-2010.

A Special Message to Cal Poly Pomona Students:
If you are planning to register for summer 2004 and have had an academic standing hold placed on your registration, we recommend that, on or after April 22, you check the status of this hold.

If your academic standing hold was cleared by your advisor between March 30 and April 20, this hold may have been re-instated in error on your records. Should this have occurred, please contact your advisor to clear the hold again.
You may review your holds through the Automated Voice Response System at (909) 468-5020 or online at BroncoDirect. You will need your newly assigned BroncoNumber and Password to access BroncoDirect or your newly assigned BroncoNumber and current PIN to access Voice Response. If you do not know your BroncoNumber, please contact the Help Desk at (909) 869-6776.

Dear Students:
Enrollment appointment times for Summer 2004 quarter are now available online on BroncoDirect by using your BroncoNumber and password. To view your enrollment appointment, click on ‘Learner Services’ and choose View Enrollment Appointment to view your first date to register.

Students pre-register for classes based on their enrollment appointment and their priority level. For more information, please visit the registrar’s homepage at: www.csupomona.edu/~registrar.

Registration Holds must be cleared prior to the appointment time. The student may register from their appointment time through the end of the pre-registration. If you believe you are eligible to register and do not receive an appointment, contact the Registrar’s Office at 909-869-3000.
Summer Pre-registration period begins on May 3 through May 14. For important dates and deadlines, please refer to the Summer 04 Academic Calendar.
