University News - Important Information for Students (EMail)

A Special Message to all Cal Poly Pomona Students:
Deadline for Payment of Summer 2004 Supplemental Fee Bill - Thursday, July 29, 2004
BroncoDirect, an enhanced online service for students and the campus community has been made available by Cal Poly Pomona. For you to access the web account/fee bill and the web pay site, go to http://broncodirect.csupomo na.edu. Click on the BroncoDirect icon. To sign-in, you need your BroncoNumber and password. Check with the Registrar’s Office (909-869-3000) if you have forgotten your BroncoNumber and password.

As you are aware, the student fee bill information is available only on-line. No paper fee bills (including supplemental fee bills) will be mailed out by Cal Poly Pomona. We strongly urge you to review your student account balance at this time via the Web. If you owe any amount on your student account, a “SF Financial HOLD” was placed. The entire amount must be paid to clear this “HOLD.” Otherwise, you will not be able to enroll for a subsequent quarter.

For the VR system, dial (909) 468 - 5020 from a touchtone telephone. Your new BroncoNumber and your current PIN (rather than the new Password) will be required. Select option # 2 for billing information. Then select option # 1 for information about your student account balance and to make a payment.

Please Note: The Student Accounts and Cashier Services Office will be closed on Friday, July 23; Friday, August 6; and Friday, August 20. The Cashier Services normal walk-up windows business hours are as follows:

Monday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
