Transferring from San Luis Obispo To Pomona

Hello,
I'm trying to transfer from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo to Cal Poly Pomona as a lower-division undergraduate student. I was wondering if anyone had any advice as to how I would go about this. My first instinct was to go to assist.org to see if any of the classes I have taken at San Luis Obispo would transfer over but Cal Poly Pomona doesn't have articulation agreements coming from San Luis Obispo. Any knowledge or information about transferring from SLO to Pomona would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

I would think the best way is probably visit the school and gather information while you there. That way, you can check out the campus if you still undecide and talk to fellow students and faculty. Call ahead to make sure you can stop by Admission's office and your major and get all your questions.
