Leadership is everyone's business. Research shows that leadership is an observable, learnable set of practices. SDLI can help you develop and enhance your understanding of leadership foundations. Explore how personal, organizational and human relation developments are involved with leadership.


How To Be A Greek Council Delegate.
When: Wednesday 01/19/05 Time: 6:00-7:00 p.m. Where: (Building 26, Room 104)
Why you should go and What you can learn!
This workshop is designed to give emerging Greek Leaders the tools to be productive and engaged Council Delegates. They will learn the art of parliamentary rules and procedures, how to be engaged in committees and how to be advocates for their chapter. The workshop will also address the need for team work and unity in the Greek Community.

Explore your leadership development through a student leadership practice inventory. Discover your leadership potential by identifying your personal characteristics, skills, and interest. Learn how your personal experiences connect with leadership effectiveness.
