Student Account Information now Available (E-Mail)

As you are aware, studentsí account information is now available on-line, no paper fee bills are mailed out. We strongly urge you to review your student account balance via the web at this time. Please note that due to hardware maintenance work, the VR and web credit card payment systems will be unavailable on Thursday, November 27, 2003. The deadline to pay fees has been extended by one day from December 05, 2003, to Saturday, December 06, 2003. If you owe any amount on your student account after December 06, 2003 a ìHOLDî will be placed and your classes will be dropped. Until the entire amount is paid to clear the ìHOLD,î you will not be able to enroll for the Winter Quarter 2004. Visa and MasterCard credit cards may be used to make payments via the web or the VR System.

To access the web account/fee bill and web pay site, go to
http://www.csupomona.edu Click on the ìCurrent Studentsî link, and follow the ìStudent Account/Fee Bill (Web Pay)î link under the Access Online Services.

For the VR system dial (909) 468 - 5020 from a touchtone telephone. Select option 2 for billing information. Then select option 1 for information about your student account balance and to make a payment.
