the better path

what students should do is follow the lead of the other CSUs. we could have our baseball and basketball teams on TV like fullerton has had lately. for about half the money it would take to bring football back we could upgrade the entire athletic program and bring in high level teams. this would add lots of visibility and prestige to the university we don't have now.

yeah, it would be nice to have homecoming weekends and tailgate parties. but this formula just does not work around here unless you are USC. let's be good at something else.
