Why you should go and What you can learn!
An effective leader must understand the needs of the group and establish appropriate goals based on those needs. This workshop will explore methods of successful goal setting while exploring how to evaluate and utilize those goals.


Your Gender Identity
When: Tuesday 01/25/05 Time: 5:00-6:00 a.m. Where: BSC, Andromeda C
Why you should go and What you can learn!
Learn how gender differences prescribe different leadership styles. This workshop will provide a discussion on how gender inequalities in social and political settings affect the development of women and men.

Building team is an essential part of any group. Come explore ideas, activities and information on how to build a motivated team. Begin to understand how group dynamics affects a group. Become aware of various activities that will help revitalize your group.



How To Be An Ally

Being a leader means advocating for the rights and concerns for others. This workshop will discuss ways to learn the current issues and concerns of your community. Develop networks and create alliances with others, and develop concrete goals on what one can do to be an ally.



How To Be The Best Greek Leader

Find out about what other Greeks concerns are in their own chapters and work together on how you can achieve optimal success in your chapter and Greek community. Learn how Greeks can implement their strong value based core of leadership into a dynamic way of leading and mentoring others.
