question about registering for mat 112(cpp)

hi i'm a freshman at cal poly pomona..winter 06 is going to be my second quarter..my mdpt results placed me in mat 106 for fall 05 and i passed with a C+...i'm supposed to take mat 112 next but whenever i try to add the class it says i do not meet the pre requisites..can someone tell me what i need to do? thanks.

Looks like an error involving MDPT/requirs and broncodirect.

Not uncommon. Contact your registrar immediately to see if they can resolve it, if not your advisor. Good luck.

Welcome to the pains of broncodirect. Only cost $400 million for a piece of software for all 23 campuses. (Thats about $1000 per a continous student enrolled)

go to the math dept and take care of it now.

OR

go to the math dept when school starts and stand in line to take care of it.

To register for 112, you need at least a C in 105 and 106.
Prerequisites: Must have satisfied ELM and have achieved the minimum placement score on the appropriate MDT or C or better in MAT 105 and MAT 106 or equivalent within two quarters.


The hours for the math dept are:
Break week
Tuesday, December 20 8am-5pm
Wednesday, December 21 8am-5pm
Thursday, December 22 8am-5pm
Friday, December 23 8am-12pm

Beginning of the quarter
Tuesday, January 3 7:30am-7:30pm
Wednesday, January 4 7:30am-6:30pm
Thursday, January 5 7:30am-7:30pm
Friday, January 6 8am-5pm
Monday, January 9 7:30am-6:30pm
Tuesday, January 10 7:30am-7:3opm

Or you can try giving them a call first, 869-3142, but in my experience, going and talking to someone usually takes care of it.
