Pack the gym night against San Bernardino

The game I look forward to every year San Bernardino comes to Kellogg in the biggest regular season game of the year. san bernardino probally the best team out West and Rank 6 in the nation in one poll and one in the computers come to kellogg to renew the rivalry with the broncos. For once I got to say both games are going to be a good one with the women team under first year coach are playing their best basketball of the season. the Mens team is riding a three game winning streak after a horid start to the season.
I hope the AD start promoting the game hard the next two games because if they dont it will be a huge failure in my book if less than 1000 people show up.
If your a student at Pomona and never been to a basketball game this is the game you should attend. women start at 530 and mens start around 730sh on wednesday jan 16

Okay time for my prediction. Like a typical coyotes vs broncos game on pack the gym night it shoud be another instant classic. The last three times the Broncos have faced the coyotes in Kellogg they have won.Three years ago(pack the gym night) it came down to the last play and broncos won by 3. 2 years ago it was all Pomona blowing a short handed Coyote team. Last year(pack the gym night) in another close game the broncos pull out a big win in the final seconds of the game with the Broncos winning by 4. With the broncos on a 3 game winning streak it makes this game very interesting. Our the problems from early in the season are fixed or do we still have some problems. All of them might be answer in this game. The Broncos will win this game by 2 64-62 in front of 1200 people.

Side note if the broncos lose(which i do not think happen0 the reason why because they have no depth. the coyotes will be pressing all game and this might cause them to get tired at the end of game especially when coach K have an 8 man rotation right now.

as expected lakdod you've spoken just like the history major you are.

all great wins, but the greatest ever was the regional final in hawaii when sybesma hit the overtime leaner than sent the broncos to the elite eight. nobody expected us to do anything it that tournament and we won it all.

can coach k's troops pull another rabbit out the hat as a big underdog? if anybody can do it it's the green and gold.

i agree. coach oliver will press from the opening whistle. we need to be fit and ready. our studs will need to step up to cover the severe shortcomings we have at point guard and the lack of depth you mention.

if it's close i would employ the hack a shaq defense on donelle since he's only hitting 21 per cent from the line.

I would of mention that event but I was not here when that happen. I was just talking about the events i was here for. Anyways that is probally the biggest shot and game in the history CPP mens basketball. It was a double OT game and send the Broncos to their first ever Elite Eight. I was lucky in my first year to see sybesma and Bonds play and make a run to the elite eight. You can argue they might be the two greatest basketball player in CPP mens basketball history. If Larry can some how lead this team to an Elite eight showing in the next two years. You can put Gordon a notch bellow the two. The two games i mention can be consider in the top five mens game ever to be played in Kellogg in the last 5 years.
