I need HELP. transfer to Cal Poly..

Hi,

I'm an international student, I go to a California community College (Foothill college, Los Altos). I'm majoring in Electrical Engineering, and strongly interested in Cal Poly, San Louis Obispo. This is my first quarter here in College (I screwed up in my first quarter), and I want to know how hard it is to get into Cal Poly (after about 2 and half years), and if anybody has any advice, or anyone can help me and tell me what I can do in order to enhance my chances of getting into Cal Poly during my study in the community college, PLEASE help me.
I'm looking forward to reading your replies.

Best regards;
Yousif

Thanks for your reply, I very much appreciate that.

I have heard alot that I would need to get A's and B's in all courses, and I think it's not really easy. Well, maybe not easy for me and that I should just forget about Cal Poly and find somewhere else for people who can't get A's and B's in all courses.

I think the avg gpa for transfers is around 3.4-3.5 for engineering. Getting A's in engineering would help you greatly. EE is one of cal poly's best departments, and one of the most selective.
