Mustangs are in SoCal This Week

Just a heads up for all the fans of Mustang basketball. As I recall the 'stangs play at fullerton monday night and then over at riverside wednesday at noon. Since they stopped playing the pomona campus this is as close as they get to people in the area, though they do return later to play northridge, irvine and long beach.

Another very bad year for the team, though. They are 2-8 without a Division I victory. It will be the Futility Bowl when they meet UCR as the two teams then likely will have a combined record in the division of 0-20. Riverside has not even won a game against DIII this year. It kinda makes pomona look smart in not making the move with SLO and UCR.

Good win for SLO against a team that did good job in the Post season NIT. Hopefully the win will lead SLO to more wins this season.

although it was only over at hapless riverside before a reported crowd of 48 people, the mustangs won again, 66-55, and stand alone at 2-0 in the early conference race. good show for bromley's boys.

I can not believe that 48 people only showed up to the game. That is sad for Riverside. I think we got more than 48 people for the games that the men played during the holiday break.
