Music Scene

Sup dudes and dudettes. Well I am writing to inquire about the music scene at pomona. Do major bands ever come and perform on campus? Regardless f that, how is the local scene, that is do cpp students ever perform on campus, etc? I am in a band and might be interested in setting up shows here/ starting new bands with people on campus. Any info is appreciated. Thanks. PEace Out.

You're in luck. During the student hour (Tuesday and Thursday, 12 to 1p.m.), student bands perform in front of the Bronco Student Union. Contact Cal Poly Pomona ASI (asiweb@ asi.csupomona.edu) for more info on campus performance. If your band has the skills, you guys should have no problem setting up a perform date. Good luck mate.

During the student hour? Not that I can remember. The last band that performed on the campus and that I have actually took the time to listen was Faculty Four Band.
