![]() | there finally back in the top ten this week. So the broncos look like they need two loss from C washington, a loss by Seattle and they look like they will get in the dance if they win out. Heck if Sonoma lose two this week San Bernardino and UCSD and C. Washington lose twice they might get a 7 seed. |

![]() | Broncos crack into Top Ten! Quote:
here are the latest polls with remaining games: 1. WESTERN WASHINGTON (at UAF, at UAA) 2. SEATTLE PACIFIC (at Nazarene) 3. BAKERSFIELD (at Chico, at Stanislaus) 4. CHAMINADE (at HPU) 5. ANCHORAGE (WWU, CWU at home) 6. SONOMA (at CSUSB, at UCSD) 7. HUMBOLDT (St. Martins, Seattle at home) 8. CENTRAL WASHINGTON (at UAA, at UAF) 9. SEATTLE (at Western Oregon, at Humboldt) 10. BRONCOS (CSUDH tonite, at CSUMB) UAF FELL OUT OF POLL (hosts WWU, CWU) an analysis: Western is a lock. now they play for the home court as top seed. a sweep in Alaska would help us. SPU is a lock. an upset at NNU would help us since we were 2-0 against NNU. Bake is a lock unless they lose both road games. if they do BRONCOS could tie for conference title and hold the tiebreaker. Chaminade is probably a lock but a loss at HPU would help us. UAA is a lock with a split but getting swept at home could throw them out. We prefer they defeat CWU and lose to WWU. Sonoma needs to lose both games on the road. that could allow us to tie for the title and then we get the automatic bid with the tiebreaker. Going 0-2 could throw them out of the mix. Humboldt needs to beat Seattle at home. If they get upset by SMU that would move us up. Seattle needs to lose at least one game on the road, most likely place at Humboldt which also is fighting for its life. If it splits or gets swept they are done. CWU needs to have a very bad road trip in Alaska. if they lose both they are out and BRONCOS are in. BRONCOS absolutely must win both. UAF could slide back into mix with a home sweep of CWU and WWU. games to watch: CWU series in Alaska. They must lose at least once. That is mandatory. Seattle at Humboldt. We really need the Jacks to step up at home. BRONCOS could finish out of it at worst and possibly as high as third or fourth as the league champion. Most likely scenario is getting a 6-7-8 seed.

there is no chance for our guys to miss the dance if they sweep. the numbers just would force the losers of the weekend's games out and us in. the ONLY possible snag is if Seattle upsets Humboldt but the committee still leaves the Jacks ahead of us. Anchorage has won nine straight on its home floor. no way it gets swept. and Humboldt has some nice friendly home cookin' refs up in Arcata. Those two teams along with Broncos fill out the bracket.
