Less Than Four Years in College?

Is it possible to get out of college in less than four years?
If so, how so?

when u start calpoly u must have taken and passed AP classes in high school, take atleast 16 units per quarter, AND take summer school. so yeah... its VERY possible. even if u enter calpoly without any AP credit, u still have a very good shot... just take and pass lots of classes each quarter.

Thanks. I don't think I qualify for it then. I was aware of the Four Year Pledge program offered at Cal Poly Pomona but I did not qualify. I'll see if I can manage to graduate within four years. Won't be taking summer classes so that would be a toughie.

well it is dependent a lot on your major. for instance im in CE and you need 202 units whereas you only need a fraction of that for some other majors. (i.e: internet explorer, weaksauce majors)

Depends on your major too. Not all core classes are offered every quarter, so people tend to fall back.

Wouldn't it be worthwhile to use the full four years? By rushing, you probably will increase your stress level and decrease your GPA. The only benefit I can see is that you can get a job a few months earlier. But a few months are fairly insignificant compared to the amount of time you will be working in your life.
