Congrats.

It was 10 out of 12. Each paper gets graded by two people on a scale of zero to six, with six being a perfect paper. I guess I got two fives.

FYI< seven is passing.

Good job.
Is this exam open only during the senior year (credit wise) or can I take the GWT exam earlier to get it done? Although it isn't a GMAT exam, are study guides and tutorial books available for GWT?

I also got a 10

KayCee: All students get a registration hold placed on their account during their Junior year. I guess they divide the students equally by quarters.

I found the Cal Poly's University Writing Center website a very useful resource. They have examples (essay topics from previous GWTs), good explanation, how it is graded, what is expected from a student, etc. information. I wanted to visit the writing center with sample essays of my own to get them graded... but never followed through with it

Here's the link to UWC website: http://www.csupomona.edu/~uwc/non_protect/home/gwt.htm
