Introducing BRONCODIRECT.

Cal Poly Pomona is pleased to announce the kick-off of BroncoDirect, our newly expanded online services for students and the campus community. BroncoDirect streamlines access to key campus services and offers several new features. Including online registration. New services will be rolled out on an ongoing basis as they become available.


1) What is available through BRONCODIRECT?

Currently available:

• Admission applicants can view application status for 2004-2005.
• All new and continuing studens can view and update their personal information (including address, phone number, etc.), view holds and to-do-lists and access links to the University Catalog and key campus information
• Financial aid applicants can view their financial aid to-do list.

Coming April 19:

• New and continuing students can view the Summer 2004 Class Schedule, individual class schedules, enrollment appointments and holds.
• Financial aid applicants can accept or decine their financial aid.

Coming April 26:

• New and continuing students can register for Summer 2004 online or through Voice Response system, view their individual study list, their academic history and student account and fee information.

2) How do I access BRONCODIRECT?
Anyone can connect to BroncoDirect by visiting the website at https://broncodirect.csupomo na.edu, or by clicking on the BroncoDirect logo on Cal Poly Pomona's homepage.

Most of the services through BroncoDirect require an individually assigned BroncoNumber and Password. BroncoNumbers replace current Student IDs as the primary identifier in the student information system. Students will receive their unique BroncoNumber and Password in March and BroncoNumbers/Passwords should be kept confidential at all times.

A Sign-On Help Box is available online at BroncoDirect to assist with questions about accessing the system.


3) When is BRONCODIRECT available?
BroncoDirect is generally available 72 hours a day, 7 days a week. BroncoDirect may be unavailable for short periods of time for general maintenance and upgrades, and these times will be posted on the website.


4) In addition to BRONCODIRECT, will the Automated Voice Response System still be available?
Yes, the services available through Voice Response will continue to be available at (909) 468-5020. Prior to April 26, students may continue to access Voice Response with a current Student ID and PIN. Beginning April 26, students must use their new BroncoDirect and their current PIN.
