Important Student Advisory Update - Wednesday, October 29, 2003

We apologize that due to a technical processing error, some student account
balances did not reflect the correct account balance after the “ADD and DROP”
period for Fall Quarter 2003. This problem has now been corrected. We regret any
inconvenience this may have caused. The credit card payment period has been
extended (instead of Friday, October 31) till the end of business period on Monday,
November 03, 2003, to let students view their corrected account balances, and make
payments as necessary via the Web or the VR .

As you are aware, students’ account information is now On-Line, no paper Fee Bills
will be mailed out. We strongly urge you to review your student account balance
via the web at this time. If you currently owe any amount, a “HOLD” has been placed
on your student account. Until the entire amount is paid to clear the “HOLD,” you
will not be able to enroll for the Winter Quarter 2004. Visa and MasterCard credit
cards may be used to make payments via the web or the VR System.

To access the web account/fee bill and web pay site, go to
http://www.csupomona.edu
Click on the “Current Students” link, and follow the “Student Account/Fee Bill
(Web Pay)” link under the Access Online Services.

For the VR system dial (909) 468 - 5020 from a touchtone telephone. Select
option 2 for billing information. Then select option 1 for information about your
student account balance and to make a payment.
