THE CAL POLY MUSTANGS HAVE ARRIVED!!!
THE MIGHTY UNIVERSITY OF UTAH UTES ARE COMING TO MOTT GYM DEC 22.
OUR SLO MUSTANGS BEAT BOTH CAL AND USC LAST YEAR BUT THOSE WERE ON THE ROAD. THIS GAME IS THE BIGGEST NAME OPPONENT EVER TO SCHEDULE A WAR AT MOTT. THE UTES GO TO THE BIG DANCE VIRTUALLY EVERY YEAR. OUR MUSTANGS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE BETTER THIS YEAR--AND REMEMBER MUSTANG BASKETBALL HAS BEEN ON THE UPSWING LATELY. THIS GAME WILL BE SOLD OUT QUICKLY, FOR SURE.

OKAY, BRONCO FANS YOU HAVE A BIG GAME, TOO. OUR COACH K. HAS A NICE DATE WITH BYU AT KELLOGG GYM ON JAN. 3. AND IN JEFF BONDS AND DAVID SYBESMA POLY SOUTH COULD HAVE TWO ALL AMERICANS IN THE SAME YEAR FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER. BONDS IS A PRESEASON PICK. THESE ARE THE BIGGEST NONCONFERENCE GAMES FOR BOTH TEAMS AT HOME PERHAPS EVER.

LET'S GET BOTH CAMPUSES TO PUT OUR GREEN AND GOLD WAR PAINT ON AND SAVE THE DATES...AND MAYBE NEXT YEAR WE FINALLY PLAY EACH OTHER AGAIN.

I sure hope the Cal Poly Mustangs win ALL of their matches. Whether Cal Poly San Luis Obispo wins a championship or the Cal Poly Pomona sports team, it helps both Cal Poly's reputation. Afterall, Pomona is the sister site.

KELLOGG GYM IS ON THE POMONA CAMPUS

WE HAVE THE SAME SCHOOL COLORS, FOREST GREEN AND GOLD (NOT YELLOW PLEASE)

SLO IS MUSTANGS, POMONA BRONCOS

BOTH SCHOOLS HAVE WON A TON OF NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS BY THE WAY.

hey dude...what school has more national titles? and in what sports? which campus has more?

all i know is that pomona has a bunch of them in women's basketball the most of anybody i think i heard somewhere.

what is slo good at?

do either of the schools have any national crowns in mens basketball or baseball or football?

i know pomona has five ncaa titles in ladies roundball and i think they have four each in baseball (but that's when they had a great coach years ago and haven't had one since) tennis (again, years ago). i think they have one or two more in cross country or track or something. up at slo there are a bunch of trophies for cross country back long ago. neither school ever has been a power in the "big" sports, but the men's roundball team at pomona in the past 2-3 years has gone to playoffs and made the final four as i recall recently.

by the way, do you slo people have concerts or anything at mott? it's a nicer gym than kellogg which is a dump. just wondering.....
