Going to Pomona in the fall. In need of roommates

Man! I posted earlier in the wrong place. I hope I don't get in trouble for posting in the right place now. But here goes.

Hi! I'm looking for some roommates. I think I have found a house that someone will lease to me. I am going to Cal Poly Pomona in the Fall.

The house is located in Chino Hills and it's 15 minutes away from Pomona! I was looking in Chino cause I was reading some posting on this forum and people kept saying Pomona is a scary area! I'm not sure about the area of So-cal. So if you guys have any tips for me on which area to live! That'd be great! I'm not also thinking of Diamond Bar or Walnut.

It's in a nice area and a nice neighborhood. I need 2 roommates, females preferred, maybe males are okaye (just contact me), preferrably students unless you have a job. Must be clean! You will be sharing a bathroom. The house will have cable, dsl and all the amenities. This is a pet friendly home.

Not sure the rent yet, but I'm assuming around 500-550. Maybe that includes utilities? Not sure, but if you're interested please contact me and I'll keep you updated!

pomona is not all that bad, particularly north of the I-10 freeway as well as the phillips ranch area of pomona. of course walnut and diamond bar are way better as is laverne and san dimas. chino is farther out.

Yeah, I don't think Pomona will be that bad. I'm going in the Fall and living near campus at the apartments. It's cheaper and more efficient for the car.
