Financial Aid Fall '05 disbursement

I went to BroncoDirect to check on the status of my Account Summary and I don't know if my fees have been paid. How can I tell if my award has been credited to my fees? I have a Stafford Loan award, and I just learned that I need to sign a promissory note before any loans can be disbursed. I thought once I chose a lender I would be sent a Master Promissory Note from that lender. I just found out I had to do it myself by going to the lender's website and downloading the MPN! The time spent waiting for an MPN took so long that I completely forgot about it until today when I called the Fin. Aid Office, then my lender. Fall quarter fees are due this Sept. 2! This is causing me too much grief. The person I spoke to this afternoon from the Fin. Aid Office didn't seem so sure of her answers, though I know she tried, but her answers lacked confidence and that didn't help me at all! Yeah, the wait to speak to a live person took forever!b I'm gonna call the office tomorrow and maybe get a different person.

So anyway, should loan and grant awards be processed by now? I did receive a small grant as well. How do I know if these awards have been deducted for university fees? I always find things out at the last minute! Grrrrrrr!

u should kno if the fees have been deducted by looking at your award summary on the broncodirect site.

Man those lazy FA secretaries, they need to process faster the files. My file is still under review.
