The Fall Quarter 2004 Supplemental Fees have been posted and can be viewed via BroncoDirect. We strongly urge you to review your student account balance at this time via the Web. If you owe any amount on your student account, a “SF Financial HOLD” was placed. The entire amount must be paid to clear this “HOLD.” You will not be able to enroll for a subsequent quarter unless the “HOLD” is removed.

As you are aware, the student fee information is available only on-line. No paper fee bills (including supplemental fee bills) are mailed out by Cal Poly Pomona.

Click on the BroncoDirect icon. To sign-in, you need your BroncoNumber and password. Check with the Registrar’s Office 909- 869-3000 if you have forgotten your BroncoNumber and password.

For the VR system, dial (909) 468-5020 from a touchtone telephone. Your new BroncoNumber and your current PIN (rather than the new password) will be required. Select option # 2 for billing information. Then select option # 1 for information about your student account balance and to make a payment.

Please Note: If you have purchased a parking decal and do not wish to use it for the Fall 2004 quarter, you must return the parking decal to the University Cashier Services to receive a prorated refund. The normal Cashier Services walk-up windows business hours are as follows:

Monday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
