Email accounts?

Hi guys..I was just wondering..I'll be attending in fall for graduate studies...

when will i get my email account?!?!??!?

it's drivin me nutz..i heard that most of the announcements come via email..

and i don't hv one...yet!

I think I got my email/password information during orientation, bundled with the CIS packet. Have you been to the orientation yet? What's your major?

Well, you can always check to see if it's activiated right now.
Go to http://webmail.csupomona.ed u

Your user name should be your first initial, middle initial, then your last name.
Example: Bob Taco Diaz = btdiaz@csupomona.edu
Username: btdiaz

Your password is your birthdate in this order, yy/mm/dd
Example: July 14, 1982
Password: 820714

For the mail server, change it to mail.csupomona.edu then log in.

Just go to the IT department at Building 1. They'll take care of getting your email set up. Just bring an ID.

Besides the e-mail that graduates student receives from their department, all other university announcements from Cal Poly Pomona are posted up on the forum.

You should try what Nate posted up.
