commuting

Im going to be a freshman at cpp this fall and I'm probably going to be commuting. Is it really hard to meet new people if you don't dorm? For people that commute, how far do you drive each day, because i think i'm going to spending a lot of gas money

30-60 minutes
25 miles away

By the way, if you are coming on the 10east, BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL ON THE HILL BEFORE CAL POLY. Cops are waiting to nail you there!

25 miles away and an average of 30 minutes.
You need to get involved to meet friends on campus, otherwise you will be a member of the commuters group.

If yur going west towards campus in the morning or east towards campus if u have night classes u will definitely hit traffic and it might take u twice as long to reach campus. So u might wanna take that into consideration.
