THE 411: BE A BIG LOSER IN 2006
The Bronco Fitness Center, bldg. 35, corridor 156, is hosting the "I Lost It at the Club" program during Winter Quarter. Join other members who are starting the year off right with the commitment to getting healthy while having fun! Participants will get an activity card to complete for prizes, set a goal for themselves to reach by the end of Winter Quarter and have their body composition assessed. At the end of the quarter a male, female, and wildcard winner will be chosen for prizes.

The 11,000 square foot Bronco Fitness Center is professionally staffed and offers a myriad of activities to help you meet your fitness goals. The fitness center features a wide variety of cardiovascular equipment including bikes, treadmills and elliptical machines; extensive machine weight equipment, free-weight training equipment, fitness classes; locker rooms; optional personal training services; and health and fitness assessments. You can also join a running or walking club, have a free introduction session with a fitness specialist, or learn more about things like biomechanics and nutrition and exercise psychology during the Friday educational lecture series.
Membership fees are only $15 per month for enrolled students, $5 for a day pass, and $3 for a pre-paid day pass. Drop in for a free day and see for yourself! Free days available through Jan. 8th. The Fitness Center is open Mon. - Thurs., 6:30am to 10:00pm; Fri., 6:30am to 6:00pm; Sat., 8:00am to 4:00pm; and Sun., 9:00am to 2:00pm. http://www.asi.csupomona.ed u/bfc/
