![]() | Cal Poly Pack the Gym Night (Email) Cal Poly Pack the Gym Night (Email) Greetings Cal Poly Pomona students! I would personally like to invite everyone to this year's Pack the Gym Night vs. conference rival Cal State Stanislaus on Friday, Feb. 6. All students are admitted to the basketball games free with a valid Cal Poly Pomona ID. We're very excited about the progress of this year's men's and women's basketball teams. Both teams are making strong runs for the playoffs. Bronco basketball teams have won regional championship titles for three straight years. Please make plans to join me and the rest of the Cal Poly Pomona community at the free tailgate party from 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. on the North side of Kellogg Gym, behind the Bronco Bookstore. Enjoy the games and live performances by the Cal Poly Pomona Cheer Squad, the Bronco Pep Band, and Sigma Kappa Sorority. The women tip-off at 5:30 p.m. followed by the men at 7:30 p.m. Bring canned food items and help the Bronco Athletic Association collect food for charity. You can also help pump up the teams before the big games by attending a pep rally this Thursday, Jan. 5 from noon to 1 p.m. at the quad near the Campus Center Marketplace. Meet the teams and win great prizes. Don't forget to wear your green and gold on Friday! I look forward to seeing all of you there. Gary Fredericksen Interim Vice President for Student Affairs
