A Message to Cal Poly Pomona Students:

To ensure that your identity and sensitive information is protected, Cal Poly Pomona is replacing all of the current Bronco Access Cards, since Social Security numbers are either displayed on the face of the cards or imbedded in the magnetic strip.

Continuing students who have previously received a Bronco Access Card will receive a one-time replacement card free of charge. Continuing students should take their new photos and receive their new ID cards as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to schedule re-carding events within your colleges.

First-time enrollees will be required to pay the initial card fee of $5.00 prior to being issued a Bronco Access Card. Students must pay the $5.00 fee at the Cashier's Office, University Financial Services, CLA 98, B1-113.


To obtain your new Bronco Access Card, you MUST bring:
A government-issued ID (driver's license, state ID, military ID, or passport)
Receipt for $5.00 from Cashier's Office (NEW STUDENTS ONLY)
