![]() | which day is today? your post says it is today. polycentric said it was yesterday. if it was tuesday there was almost zero notice about this. i checked just before noon and there was no message. when i checked just six hours later it stated that the event was already held!!! that's hardly fair to the fans who would want to see the team and the trophy. guess we'll just have to wait for the NATIONAL crown and that celebration? ![]() | the prez ordered up a pep rally on the fly...that's why nobody knew about it. it was yesterday and somehow the pep band and cheerleaders and other teams showed up. guess the whole campus will get their shot later. sure would be nice to bring home some hardware...the women have the most the nation but the men never have won one. they got a good bracket the national quarterfinals...a win there and it's FINAL FOUR, bay-bee...dick vitale where are you??? ![]() | I agree it was totally last minute. Not cool for those of us not on campus at all times. I got there a little after five and everyone was gone anyway. I guess everyone is saving their energy for the big one! Tune in next Wednesday! (Also, keep an eye on Polycentric, I think yesterday's event was posted there... at least a few minutes before the event... ![]() |

![]() | Broncos should be favored i just checked the record of that team we play in the national quarterfinals. they were a seven seed from the south central region that beat Texas A&M in an upset to advance. as i recall they are something like 24-8 or 24-9 with what appears to be a softer schedule in a weaker region that our team. bottom line is the Broncos should be favored to move on to the Final Four. wednesday's game is webcast but thursday's is on television.
