![]() | Broncos beat the Otters and face SF tommorrow The Broncos beat the otters 78-67. The score was actually closer than the scores says. Kaelen Daniels scores 23 points followed by Dion Cook 19 pts. The Broncos started sloppy in the first half just like the game against San Bernardino. The broncos was down by 10 but they fought back and took a 4 point half time lead. The second half was a even fought match until the Broncos took control of the game at the 3 min mark. The Broncos played an okay game. A win is a win. It is great to see that Daniels had a good game. Nobody on the Monterey team could stop him. Heck none of the Otters could guard anybody in the post. Tommorrow they play the worst team in the league San Fransico. They should win this game by at least 15, but you never know about this team. I think Jimmy will get some playing time against San Fransico. |

![]() | yup, a win is a win. we'll take that anytime. I wasn't at the game last night but those who went, how are we doing in terms of the crowd size. I guess by now we should get an increase of student involvement since its getting to close to end of the regular season and we sure need more support if we are going to make a run in the post season. |

![]() | i really like the baby shaq down low. he dominated. as you say, NOBODY could stop him! and he has the sweetest shooter's touch for a big man. good shooting night for our guys. except pulido who was stone cold at 1-7. got no help, though. both coyotes and jacks won, too. hey, jayandbutton, are you that professor who got the plaque at halftime? when they said jay and then said "organized pack the gym nights" i think i got a clue. am i right lakdod? |

Hey so you do go to games. (Amazing) I thought you jus sit back, listen to the webcast or criticize the athletic department when there is no webcast. well since you went to the game on friday, you prolly noticed the cheer squad thinning out.. Yes, xiaoxue, the cheer squad is currently taking applications for losers like yourself. Hey look at it like this, you might get to slap larry gordons hands running through the tunnel! Get lost... | |

![]() | hey, check out this thread. i'm talking about baby shaq dominating and having a shooter's touch and the genius from cooperstown, or canton, or springfield, or wherever, wants to keep using his favorite "L" word. as i've said before let's talk basketball, good or bad. that's what sports boards are for. check out bruin online or the trojan sites. i'm sick of it, too, lakdod. i thought our fans had more class than this. at least you, and jay, and chris, and PL28 do. |

![]() | i agree, chris and lakdod. let's talk roundball, hall of fame, not advance an agenda of personal attacks on people. it's one thing to say a player can't hit shots but it's another to call somebody a loser. chris, winning out will put us at 21-6. but the lumberjacks would need to lose twice for us to host and the coyotes once. that's a tall order. the jacks got one at home on an after the buzzer winning shot--another uncle bob call--that really was the toros victory and they then got lucky again when a triton trey attempt went in and out that would have put them down to 16-5 rather than 18-3. their luck needs to change. i don't know the ncaa rules for hosting but as i recall you must have a minimum capacity of your gym. let's hope east gym is just too small, and that likely would mean the two seed gets it. we or the coyotes could nail the bid that way. am hoping paul helms might enlighten us. he knows this stuff cold. i think we have a legit shot at 20-7 with the sole remaining loss coming this weekend on that long nasty bus trip north. we should hold serve at home and we owe the runners payback in a game that means nothing to them and everything to us. and, since this thread mentions baby shaq here's my two cents. last year he was a wide body in the middle but raw. KD really has refined his game this year and is easily the most improved player on the team. and he creates some nice mismatches down low like he did this past weekend. |
