Whats the best community college to transfer from to Pomona?

Ok here is my situation. I am currently enrolled in a community college and will finish out this semester, but I have to move after the summer. Instead of moving and staying in the area I would like to move near Pomona and finish out my last semester or two at a community college there. Anyone have any recommendations for a Mechanical Engineer?

Heres what I need to take:
Differential equations
Physics 2 and 3
Engineering statics and circuits

Also will a 3.0 gpa and tutoring for the access program be enough to get accepted?

i have met different people who have transfer from different community colleges. the majority of people who transfer from a local community college are from mt. sac. especailly since the two schools are bascially 2 miles apart. I actually do not think it does not matter what community college you go to as long as you fullfill requirements necessary. there probally have been somebody here who has transfer in, but I actually enter pomona as a freshman.

Thanks, I just wonder if there is any schools with a direct articulation or maybe a transfer agreement like we have with SJSU or UCDavis.

I don't know the details whether the colleges have a transfer agreement or not but I noticed a few colleges having a high percentage of their students being accepted to some of the UC. Of course their GPA would play a major role in their acceptance.

As lakdod wrote, Mt. San Antonio College (Mt. SAC) is two miles apart and hundreds of students probably transfer into Cal Poly Pomona each year. Safe to contact both colleges and the respected departments to see if you have a higher chance of getting into the Mechanical Engineering program through Mt. SAC.
