General Duties: The ASI Alumni Programs Student Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a network of former student leaders and student staff._ Responsibilities include maintaining all files related to alumni programs and services, regular communication to alumni, maintaining ASI Alumni website, planning and implementing reunions and other events for ASI alumni, assisting with alumni giving and fundraising, The Alumni Programs Student Manager will act as liaison to the CPP Alumni Affairs Office._ Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: One year experience requiring customer service skills._ Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Explorer; familiar with Microsoft Access. Willingness to work with a diverse population of student, staff and alumni. Experience with developing printed and/or web publications preferred. Event planning experience preferred. Junior, senior or graduate level in communications, public relations, marketing, MHR, English or business administration major or concentration.
